• The above rate is inclusive of 10% service charge.
• Each suite can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 adults.
• Advance reservation is required.
• The package is only applicable to Monday-Thursday arrivals.
• Photo shoot service is not included in the package.  
• Accommodation reservation, hotel services and offers are subject to hotel’s confirmation and availability.
• The package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
• Deposit guaranteed by credit card is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policy applies.
• Guests must adhere to guest room’s maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong government regulations.
• In case of any disputes, Tai O Heritage Hotel reserves the right of final decision.
• In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 
Cancellation policy:
• No cancellation or amendment is allowed once the reservation is confirmed. In case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.

 
According to the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), Tai O Heritage Hotel as a non-profit social enterprise hotel will be exempted from the hotel accommodation tax and staying guests are not required to pay this tax.
